We require an external sender address so that we can route the processed digital receipt via your chosen email address.
The processes involved are listed below:
1. Please contact your account manager to let us know your chosen email address. For example: stores@example.com
2. eyos will add the changes to their back-end and send instructions on how to add the DNS settings on your network.
3. The Client will make the DNS changes and inform eyos.
4. eyos will verify on their back-end that the DNS changes have been approved. If this fails, we will notify you to double check and make any amendments.
5. Once approved, eyos will set up the sender address for all your stores.
