Retailers that have an existing dataset
- Invite the yReceipts Business Manager ID 643908782480970 to your Ad Account and Offline Dataset which you would like to track Offline Conversions.
- Please ensure yReceipts is added an Admin User to both.
- Once the invitation has been sent, inform your eyos Account Manager so setup can proceed.
- eyos will create two Meta Conversion hooks
(A. A Test Hook, connected to a test dataset shared with your Ad Account.
B. A Production Hook, connected to your live dataset)
For the production hook, your team must generate and provide a Conversions API access token linked to your dataset.

- eyos will enable the Test Hook in 1 store for 2 days
- The retailer must confirm that the data is appearing correctly in the test dataset.
- Upon confirmation, eyos will activate the Production Hook across your full store estate.
Retailers that do not use their own dataset
- Invite the yReceipts Business Manager ID: 643908782480970 to the Meta Ad Account where you’d like to track Offline Conversions.
- Please ensure yReceipts is granted Admin access to the Ad Account.
- Once the invitation has been sent, inform your eyos Account Manager so setup can proceed.
- eyos will create a new Offline Conversion Dataset linked to your Ad Account.
Your Business Manager ID will be granted access to this dataset so your team can enable and track offline conversions within Meta. - eyos will create a Production Meta Conversion Hook using the newly created dataset
- Once internal QA is completed and approved, eyos will enable the production hook across your full store estate.
