Before proceeding with the instructions below, the till hostname that you plan to install the msi on must be present in your yRcloud account. If you have not informed our team about this, please send us the store set-up form with the store details and associated hostnames.
Note: Please ensure Microsoft .Net framework 2.0 - 3.5 is already enabled on the till otherwise the install will not be successful.
- Double click the prism msi that your project manager provided
- Once the installer window launches, keep pressing next until you reach the installation progress bar
- After the installation is finished, click close/finish to close the prism setup window
- Reboot the till to complete the installation (not always necessary but good if the ePOS is locking any files)
