- Open services.msc
- Click start
- Select Run
- Enter "services.msc" and press enter.
- Locate prism Service x_x_x_x (where x_x_x_x is the version number, e.g. 3.0.0.0). Ensure that this service is marked as running - If not, the prism service is not running. This may impact prism functionality.
- You can attempt to resolve the issue by:
Starting the prism service by right clicking on it and selecting Start.
