Technical email addresses are used for a number of web hooks such as JSON data posting.
You can change who receives these emails by editing the 'Technical Contact Email Addresses' text box shown below and available per company or per till.
All the emails in the technical email addresses will receive all emails so if you are interested in only a subset of these going to different groups of people, you will need to set up mail filtering on your mail system.
