If prism can't post receipts due to internet issues, it will store them in the Queue folder and post them in 30 second intervals when the internet comes back online. For more operational details, read this.
The configuration options that can modify this behaviour are:
- MaxQueueFailures - If prism fails to post a receipt this many times, it will stop enqueuing it and delete it. The default value is 20000
- MaxQueueSize - prism will stop enqueuing receipts if the number of files exceeds this number. Default value is 10000.
