If no date range is specified within the filter, any entry provided in the search box (e.g. transaction number, email address, email only transactions) will only look at last month's worth of data and display a small number of recent transactions.
To find transactions more than 1 month old, please use the date range functionality within the filter options. The filter option can be found by expanding the down arrow button found on the left of the search icon box.
