If your digital receipts are reporting a different store to the one they were actually sent from, this means the application's config is pointing to the wrong till. This could be caused by using an image from a till with a preexisting eyos retail installation.
To solve this:
- exit prism by right clicking the icon in the system tray and clicking exit
- delete Config.xml from the installation directory (usually C:\Program Files\prism\ or C:\Program Files (x86)\prism\)
- restart prism through the desktop or start menu shortcuts
Note: If you use a Proxy of any kind, do not delete the Config.xml file but instead remove all lines except the following (if they exist): <ProxyAddress>, <ProxyDomain>, <ProxyIsStatic>, <ProxyUsername>, <ProxyPassword>
