- Open task manager via one of the following means
- Press CTRL+SHIFT+ESC
- Right click on the Task bar and select "Task Manager"
- Press CTRL+ALT+DEL and Select "Task Manager"
- Once opened, select the Details tab. Ensure prism_x_x_x_xxx.exe appears somewhere on this list (where x_x_x_xxx is the version number, e.g. 3.0.0.100). If this is not listed, the prism application is not running and electronic receipts will not be offered on this Till.
- You can attempt to resolve the issue by:
Launching the prism application - Normally located at C:\Program Files (x86)\prism\x_x_x_xxx\yRprinter_x_x_x_xxx.exe (where x_x_x_xxx is the version number).
