When troubleshooting a problem with prism where the screen does not pop up or certain elements of the screen does not display, the config xml file are a good place to check to try and get to the bottom of the problem. It is also a good idea to attach these files to any support tickets you raise as a result of the problem as it will help the eyos retail support team diagnose & fix your issue as soon as possible. To retrieve the config file:
- Open Windows Explorer
- Navigate to the prism install directory (normally C:\Program Files (x86)\prism) or (C:\program files\prism)
- The config file should be present and appear as Config.xml in the directory.
